TRAVEL, LODGING & EVENT DETAILS

  • No. Registration includes conference programming and provided meals only. Travel and lodging are not included. However, we have partnered with St. John’s Resort and local hotels for special rates. Please see our hotel list here.

  • Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) is approximately 25-30 minutes from the conference venue, depending on traffic.

  • We will send a more detailed schedule closer to the event, but for planning purposes, check-in will open on Friday, October 2, 2026 with the first session starting around 4 p.m.  We will conclude the conference on Sunday, October 4th around 1 p.m.

REGISTRATION & PRICING DETAILS

    • Regular Rate: $375

    • After March 15, 2026: $400

    • Late Registration: $425

  • Early access is available only through the one-week promo code sent to the interest list. This code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount.

  • Yes. During the early access period, full table purchases receive $250 off with a table-specific promo code.

  • There are two ways to purchase tickets:

    • Individual Tickets - purchase one or more tickets in a single transaction 

    • Full Table Purchase - purchase a full table (10 tickets) with guaranteed seating together

  • Yes. You may:

    • Purchase multiple individual tickets together, or 

    • Purchase a full table if you would like guaranteed seating together

    Seating is only guaranteed with a full table purchase, but we will do our best to accommodate those who purchase more than one individual ticket.

  • Enter the promo code at checkout on the registration page. Promo codes are case sensitive and valid only during the advertised time frame.

  • A limited number of need-based scholarships are available, though not all requests can be accommodated.

  • If you received an access code, please enter the access code at the top of the registration page to unlock your special ticket. It only appears after the access code is entered. You can then complete your registration.

  • No. The early bird discount requires a valid promo code, which is distributed via email. 

TICKET PURCHASES & REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • One person may purchase one or more individual tickets at the same time. Each ticket requires an attendee email address. Individual attendee details are collected at a later date, closer to the event.

  • One person purchases a full table and receives an access code to share with guests. Individual attendee information is collected later, closer to the event.

  • At the time of ticket purchase, we collect only essential information: 

    • Purchaser name and email

    • Attendee email(s) when applicable 

    Additional attendee details are collected later, to be completed by each individual attendee.

  • Closer to the event, individual attendees will be asked to complete required information such as: 

    • Waivers

    • Dietary restrictions 

    • Accessibility requests 

    • Additional attendee details

  • Yes. You may update certain registration details using the link provided in your confirmation email. Additional individual attendee information will be collected closer to the event. 

  • Tickets for admission are not issued at purchase. 

    They are issued closer to the event, after all required individual attendee information has been submitted.

COMMUNICATIONS, CONFIRMATIONS & POLICIES

  • Until all individual attendee information is collected, all communications are sent to the ticket purchaser. 

    Additional communications sent to all individual attendees will begin closer to the event.

  • Yes. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with: 

    • A summary of your order

    • Important information related to your ticket type

    • An overview of next steps

  • Refunds can only be issued by reaching out to events@actsxxix.org. You must include your order number and reason for the refund request. Please see our refund policy here.

  • If you are unable to attend, please contact the person who purchased your ticket for next steps.
